(VIDEO) String Driven Thing: An Obscure Gift From 1973

Now, I’m not sure how to categorize these guys. Prog? Psych? Whatever, doesn’t matter. All I know is when my friend dropped this random plate on our turntable a few years ago, I smiled. We both got up from where we were sitting and looked at each-other with that sentiment of “Gaht Damn”!

They are by far one of the most overlooked bands of the UK Prog/Psych era and definitely deserve a spin.

Although they didn’t do too much in their five-or-so years together, when they did do it, they did it quite well.

Here is one of their best songs, Heart Feeder. The entire album is quite good, but this is the jam that got me. Enjoy, Folks.
