Meet Mike Breach, a coffee artist that paints into his lattes. The coffee is his “medium”, his canvas to turn the foam into art. Yes, we’ve seen the fancy patterns and leaf designs in coffee pictures from our friends, but Mike does more detailed art.
He started doing this when he was bored (who says boredom doesn’t lead to creativity?). And he kept practicing until he got better and started blogging about his new mastered skill and the results.
Whether or not you care for coffee, it’s inspiring. That thing you do when you’re bored could turn into a new passion and skill to share with the world. And maybe even go out on this lovely sunny Friday in NYC and sit down and sip a latte, sketch on a napkin, or even make some origami.
